Two stylish and comfortable beach houses located just yards from the golden sands of Kilnaughton Bay on the Isle of Islay.
Now taking bookings for 2025 for the one-bedroom guest house (on the left of the picture above). The three-bedroom main house is available from Easter 2025 - get in touch for details. Pets are welcome in both houses for a small charge.
The guest house has one double bedroom with a king-sized bed, a shower-room, a large kitchen-diner with dishwasher, washing machine and induction hob, and a lounge with sofa bed, wall-mounted tv and large wood burner.
The interiors are lined with Douglas fir panels, which, combined with the under-floor heating, give the spacious accommodation a cosy, modern feel. Guests have exclusive use of their own large garden behind the house and an outdoor eating area overlooking the beach.
The property is let on a weekly Saturday-Saturday basis from April to October at £900/week (2024 price). Short-stays possible at other times: £120/night + £75, min 2 nights.
Kilnaughton Bay is located across the bay from the the lovely fishing village of Port Ellen. From there, Ardbeg, Laphroaig & Lagavulin distilleries are within walking/cycling distance on off-road path.
