Bookings: Saturday-Saturday from late March to the end of October. Weekend and other short-stays are possible December to mid-March and/or at short-notice in event of late availability/cancellations.

2026 rates: Guest house £950/week, Main house £1,250/week. Short-stays from £125/night + £75, minimum two nights.

Up to two dogs welcome by arrangement @ £30 per stay.

Bed linen, towels, heating and wireless internet are included in the rental.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £250-£300 for each week of rental. The rental balance is due two months before the date booked. In the event of cancellation after this point, the weekly rent, minus the deposit, will be refunded ONLY if the house is relet.

Travel to and from Islay can be disrupted occasionally by the weather. We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover this possibility as we cannot refund nights missed due to cancelled planes or ferries.

Internet connection is generally reliable but may be interrupted in the event of power cuts or network problems which are beyond our control. Mobile reception is patchy inside the houses.

We need to know who is staying in our home, just in case anything goes wrong. When booking, please provide full name of the lead guest, a mobile contact number and a home address.

We have a strict no smoking policy. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the houses or grounds.
